Boehringer Ingelheim’s Interactive Pet Paradise

At the VMX show in Orlando, Boehringer Ingelheim set out to create a striking new exhibit that reflected its refreshed brand identity while commanding attention in a highly competitive show environment. The objective was to deliver a clean, open, and visually captivating booth that would draw visitors away from competitors and reinforce the company’s presence in animal health. Partnering with Jack Morton, the team developed a refreshed two-part experience that extended beyond the convention center floor, combining a dynamic indoor exhibit with an engaging outdoor activation near the show entrance. Sustainability played a key role in the design, utilizing lightweight structures and fabric graphics while maintaining a bold, innovative aesthetic.

Inside the convention center, interactive displays and digital storytelling elements invited attendees to explore Boehringer Ingelheim’s solutions, with a lively game show serving as a major attraction that energized the space. Outside, the “Gard Yard” created a welcoming oasis where visitors could relax, play games, and connect with the brand in a more casual setting. Highlights included a paw-shaped maze with surprise moments, custom T-shirt stations, photo opportunities, and refreshments. Together, the indoor and outdoor experiences delivered a memorable, high-energy environment that strengthened brand awareness while celebrating Boehringer Ingelheim’s commitment to pet health.

THE IMPACT

Boehringer Ingelheim’s exhibits weren’t just about having fun; it was a strategic move that reinforced their presence at the VMX show. This innovative approach earned them the prestigious Top Dog Award for Best Island Booth at the WVC Annual Conference, solidifying their position as a leader in veterinary care.
