When asked why pharma brands have been slow to embrace experiential marketing, SVP, head of Jack Health U.S. Nigel Downer doesn’t mince words.

“I’m not sure too many marketers in pharma are willing to take those moonshots,” he responds. “You know how it is: 2% better is generally considered a success. Organizationally, there’s some inertia.”
